How Do I Book?Our booking process is quick and simple. 1. Fill out an initial enquiry on our homepage. 2. We'll send you a Booking Form. 3. Choose to pay in full or a 35% non-refundable deposit. 4. If necessary, we'll send the final invoice 10 weeks before your event. 5. Oncethe full balance is paid, we'll mark your event as ready for delivery.

Can I Pay a Deposit?Yes, you can choose to secure your date with a 35% deposit of the total package price and any upgrades. This is a non-refundable payment . With 10 weeks to go before your event, we'll send you a second invoice for the remaining balance. We'll deliver games once full payment is received. If you're making a last minute booking, you won't be eligible for a 35% deposit.

What If My Venue Is More Than 25 Miles From CV23 0HQ?We offer free delivery within a 25-mile radius of CV23 0HQ. For deliveries beyond 25 miles, there's a £1 delivery fee per additional mile. Since we make four trips to your venue, a venue 30 miles from CV23 0HQ would incur a £20 delivery fee (5 extra miles x 4 trips = £20).

Are You Insured?Absolutely! We have £5 million public liability insurance. All our games have undergone risk assessments, and we use safe materials. For example, our juggling batons are lightweight to prevent injuries. Once the games are set up, you're responsible until we collect them.

What If It Rains?Don't let a little rain dampen the fun! If it's raining heavily, we have options: Continue outdoors: If your venue allows it, we can leave the games outside. Move indoors: We can swap some games for indoor-friendly options. Hire a marquee: Our 6m high-top marquee can provide shelter. Receive a refund: If the weather is truly unbearable, you can get a 50% refund on the package price and a 100% discount on mileage. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your event if you need to cancel due to weather.

How can I pay?Payment can be made by bank transfer (BACS), cheque or cash. Payment is required to complete the booking process

Do You Have Any T's & C's?Yes, we do! If we are available on your date, you'll receive a copy of our booking form with our terms and conditions attached. Please read them carefully before making a payment.

Can I Have More Games Than That Advertised on Your Packages?Yes, you can tailor your package with extras to suit your needs. Add a carnival game: £100 per game Add a lawn game: £60 per game Add three holes of golf: £225 Save with our top-tier packages: Enjoy a 25% discount on a second package for the most cost-effective option. Enhance your event: Explore our extras like festoon lights or marquees for wet weather.

Can I Have Fewer Games Than That Advertised on Your Packages?Yes, of course! You can select the number of games to suit your event/venue. Unfortunately however, we cannot offer any discount for these situations as our overheads/profit margin remains the same on all events.

How much is the Pick & Collect package?We offer two options to suit your needs; Pick & Collect - 4 and Pick & Collect - 8. If you choose four games, the cost of hire is £249, if you choose eight games the cost of hire is £299.

How long is my hire period with the Pick & Collect package?With the Pick & Collect service, your hire period is Thursday - Sunday. The games can be collected between 3:00pm - 7:00pm on the Thursday before your event and returned between 10:00am - 12:00pm on the Sunday after your event. We cannot accomodate any early returns or late collections. If the date of your event is on a Thursday or Sunday, we can accomodate an extended hire period (Thursday - Thursday, or Sunday - Sunday.)

Will I be able to fit the games in my car?This depends on how big your vehicle is & what games you pick. If you choose Giant Chess; you are likely going to need a small van. However, lots of our games will comfortably fit in the back of a small car with the rear seats collapsed. We are working on creating a document that outlines just how big each game is when packed away. Until that is made, if you would like to know a specific game size, just ask when you enquire. Most games are stored & transported in drawstring bags.

Do I need to bring anything with me to collect the games?Yes - the person collecting & returning the games needs to bring two forms of ID, one photographic & one proof of address. Games will not be issued without these ID checks.

Can someone pick the games up on my behalf?Yes - if the person who collects & returns the games is different to the Hirer, this must be made clear on your booking form. Whoever collects & returns the games must bring two forms of ID, one photographic & one proof of address. Games will not be issued without these ID checks.

Will you show me how to set them up?Yes - there's nothing complicated about setting our games up. We will run you through how to set each one up if necessary.

What games are available for Pick & Collect?You can select any lawn game for Pick & Collect.

Where do we pick the games up from?We are based at CV23 0HQ.

Can you deliver the games to my house?We do not offer a delivery service for the Pick & Collect package.

Where do I store the games overnight?All our games must be stored securely indoors overnight during your hire period. This protects the games from damage & theft. The Hirer is responsible for the security/condition of games throughout the duration of the hire period.

Why is crazy golf & carnival games unavailable for Pick & Collect?Unfortunately, our crazy golf and carnival games are not available for Pick & Collect service. This is because the games are quite large, and there is a risk of damage during transportation, even if a van is used. To ensure the games are always transported in excellent condition, our van is equipped with custom-made racking. We have set high standards, and maintaining quality for our customers is our top priority.
