Planning an event can be stressful, but with Warwickshire Game Hire, the process is simple and hassle-free. Here's a breakdown of how our booking and delivery process works:
1. Contact Us
The first step is to get in touch with us. We'll check our availability to ensure we can accommodate your event date and location.
2. Receive and Complete the Booking Form
Once we confirm availability, we'll send you a booking form. Fill out the form, selecting your desired base package and any additional upgrades or customisations.
3. Pay the Deposit
To secure your booking, we require a 35% deposit of the package price. You can pay this deposit in full if you prefer.
4. Finalise Payment
With ten weeks to go before your event, we'll send you a balancing invoice if any additional payments are due.
5. Confirm Delivery and Collection Times
Approximately three weeks before your event, we'll confirm the exact time we'll arrive on-site for delivery and collection.
6. Enjoy Your Event
On the day of your event, we'll set up the games at your specified location at the specified time. You can then enjoy the games throughout the event. At the designated collection time, we'll return to gather the equipment.
