Flexible Cancellation Policy
We offer a flexible cancellation policy that sets us apart from many other event companies. This policy allows you to cancel your event up to 90 days before the date and receive a 65% refund of the full package price. If you need to cancel between 90 days and 48 hours before the event, you'll receive a 50% refund.
Indoor Options
If rain is a concern, we can easily move your lawn games indoors. However, please note that some games, such as croquet, require a grass surface for the hoops to be installed. We can suggest alternative games that are suitable for indoor venues, ensuring your guests can still enjoy the fun and excitement of lawn games.
Marquee Options
For those who prefer to keep their event outdoors, we offer two marquee options to provide shelter from the rain. Our pop-up marquee is available for £150, while our grand pagoda marquee is available for £450.
The grand pagoda marquee adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to your event, but please note that it may require additional space and may not be suitable for all venues. We can assess your venue's suitability to accommodate a commercial-style marquee.
